You\u2019ll play a key role in enabling robust, scalable, and compliant purification workflows while collaborating across upstream, analytics, quality, and manufacturing teams.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>1. Downstream Process Development &#038; Optimization <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and optimize purification processes including:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Chromatography (affinity, ion exchange, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Filtration (TFF, depth filtration)<\/li>\n<li>Viral clearance strategies<\/li>\n<li>Perform lab-scale studies to evaluate process parameters for yield, purity, and robustness<\/li>\n<li>Implement and optimize single-use technologies in DSP workflows<\/li>\n<li>Integrate downstream processes with upstream and analytical workflows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  2. Pharma Analytics &#038; Characterization <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute and support analytical workflows including:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>qPCR (minimum 3\u20134 years hands-on)<\/li>\n<li>Sanger Sequencing<\/li>\n<li>Support impurity profiling and adventitious agent testing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Interpret analytical data to guide purification and process decisions<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with analytical teams for method development and validation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  3. Technology Transfer &#038; Scale-Up <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead transfer of DSP processes from lab to pilot and commercial scale<\/li>\n<li>Develop and review:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>SOPs<\/li>\n<li>Batch records<\/li>\n<li>Technology transfer documents<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot scale-up challenges in single-use manufacturing environments<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  4. Data Analysis &#038; Documentation <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze experimental data for process performance and optimization opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical reports<\/li>\n<li>Protocols<\/li>\n<li>Client\/stakeholder presentations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Upstream Processing<\/li>\n<li>Analytical Development<\/li>\n<li>Quality &#038; Regulatory<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical expertise in DSP during:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Project reviews<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting discussions<\/li>\n<li>Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for purification and analytics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  6.
