Finance, Budgeting &#038; Financial Planning <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> financial operations. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor cash flows, receivables, payables, and fund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> utilization. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, grant-wise and<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> program-wise budgets. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor budget utilization, variance analysis, and cash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> flow projections. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop financial dashboards and MIS for leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 2.
