This position drives the modernization of database platforms, adoption of cloud-native data technologies, and continuous improvement of performance, reliability, and automation across mission-critical systems.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You will collaborate with software engineers, cloud architects, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance database solutions that align with business and technical objectives. The role combines strong database engineering expertise with strategic thinking and hands-on technical execution.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What Youll Do: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement enterprise-grade database architectures for transactional and analytical workloads.<\/li>\n<li>Automate database provisioning, schema management, patching, config management and upgrades through CI\/CD pipelines for both, on-prem and Cloud native database.<\/li>\n<li>Drive adoption of cloud database platforms (e.g., AWS: RDS, Aurora, Dynamo DB, Elastic Cache, Redis Cache and Azure: SQL Database, Managed instances, Redis Cache).<\/li>\n<li>Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting for database performance and reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and backup\/recovery standards.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated data solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor senior and junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex database issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  What Youll Bring: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.<\/li>\n<li>9+ years of experience in database engineering, development, or administration.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in relational and\/or NoSQL systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, or Cassandra.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of data modeling, indexing, replication, sharding, and partitioning.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with cloud database services (AWS, Azure, GCP).<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash), Ansible and Terraform for automation and integration.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with containerization (Docker\/Kubernetes).<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to tune queries and design performant, scalable data architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk and Open Telemetry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in09622ae27d4a2c4e79c1c618dec4e7da?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About TMUS Global Solutions T-Mobile is America\u2019s supercharged Un-carrier, challenging conventions and setting new standards in wireless.
