This role is ideal for those eager to build a strong foundation in HR within a people-first environment, with opportunities for mentorship, skill development, and career growth.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and resume screening to interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and cultural integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate HR records, employee databases, and compliance documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Help prepare HR reports and analytics on workforce trends, turnover, and training outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate on performance appraisal cycles, feedback collection, and review documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay informed about labour laws and HR regulations to support compliance efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administrative support for HR events, meetings, and policy roll-outs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  <b>Requirements<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Requirements:<\/b>  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid understanding of core HR concepts such as recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Freshers with strong academic performance and a genuine interest in HR are encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  <b>Benefits<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>?
