The role involves end-to-end ownership of hardware lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, system integration, and compliance with safety and quality standards.<\/span>Qualifications<\/b><\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Project Execution & Delivery<\/span>Lead complete lifecycle of BMS hardware projects (concept ? design ? validation ? release)<\/span>Define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans<\/span>Monitor project KPIs, risks, and ensure on-time delivery<\/span>Hardware Development & Technical Coordination<\/span>Drive development of:<\/span>BMS electronics (AFE, MCU, sensing, protection circuits)<\/span>Communication interfaces (CAN, Ethernet)<\/span>Ensure alignment with BESS system architecture (battery, PCS, EMS integration)<\/span>Coordinate cross-functional teams: Hardware, Software, Mechanical, V&V<\/span>System Requirements & Integration<\/span>Translate system-level requirements into hardware specifications<\/span>Ensure requirement traceability and system-level integration<\/span>Support end-to-end product integration and change management<\/span>Validation, Quality & Compliance<\/span>Lead DVP, validation, and qualification testing<\/span>Drive FMEA, root cause analysis, and issue resolution<\/span>Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (IEC, UL, functional safety)<\/span>Stakeholder & Vendor Management<\/span>Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders<\/span>Manage vendors for PCB design, prototyping, and testing<\/span>Ensure clear communication and alignment on deliverables<\/span>Documentation & Product Release<\/span>Ensure availability of:<\/span>Design documents, test reports, interface specifications<\/span>Support product release, certification, and manufacturing handover<\/span>Required Qualifications<\/b><\/span>Education<\/b><\/span>Bachelor’s\/Master’s in Electrical \/ Electronics Engineering<\/span>Experience<\/b><\/span>15-20 years in hardware development & project management<\/span>Experience in BMS \/ Battery Systems \/ Power Electronics \/ BESS<\/span>Technical Skills<\/b><\/span>Strong knowledge of:<\/span>BMS architecture, battery sensing, balancing<\/span>Embedded hardware & analog\/digital design<\/span>System integration in energy storage systems<\/span>Understanding of validation processes (DVP, testing, reliability)<\/span>Project & Tools<\/span>Experience in:<\/b><\/span>Project planning, risk management, stakeholder handling<\/span>Tools: Jira \/ MS Project \/ equivalent tracking tools<\/span>Soft Skills<\/b><\/span>Strong leadership & communication skills<\/span>Analytical and problem-solving mindset (critical for BMS domain)<\/span>Preferred Skills<\/b><\/span>Exposure to certification and compliance processes<\/span>Key Success Metrics<\/b><\/span>On-time project delivery<\/span>Hardware quality and reliability<\/span>Compliance with standards<\/span>Stakeholder satisfaction<\/span>Additional Information<\/b><\/p>\n
