Are you ready to join us?<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role is part of Alcon&#8217;s Sales &#038; Sales Support function, a team that helps provide access to products across all channels in an effort to drive customer satisfaction with eye care professionals to help people see brilliantly.The Sr. Associate I, Ocular Health Pharma General Field Sales &#038; Account Management (Professional Path), is primarily responsible for promoting and increasing the market share of key pharmaceutical products. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals and execute marketing strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and market penetration.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Specifics Include:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote and gain market share of key pharmaceutical products, achieving sales targets and implementing effective product marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, optical shops, and distributors within a specific territory<\/li>\n<li>Educate and persuade customers to prescribe key products in line with company sales techniques and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Conduct detailed call planning based on professional classification, territory alignment, and market analysis, maintaining records of call planning and activities<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain beneficial relationships with all accounts to generate sales and block competitors<\/li>\n<li>Train other Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs), maintain product quality, and ensure timely reporting<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Prepare detailed reports on calls, business opportunities, and competitor activities, conducting weekly and\/or monthly call planning and reportingAll associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training. Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization.
