Come join our TJX familya Fortune 100 company and the worlds leading off-price retailer.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>What Youll Do:<br \/> The Global Supply Chain Retail Distribution Team is responsible for managing and scaling Warehouse Management and Supply Chain systems within TJX IT. We are looking for a Senior Engineer Performance Testingwho will play a critical role in ensuring our platforms remain highly performant, resilient, and scalableto support rapid business growth.<br \/> In this role, you will own the performance testing strategy, drive tool adoption and optimization, and work closely with engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams to proactively identify and mitigate performance risks across cloud-based and distributed systems.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and own the end-to-end performance testing strategyfor enterprise-scale, cloud-based applications.<\/li>\n<li>Design, execute, and analyze performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.<\/li>\n<li>Identify system bottlenecks across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure layers and provide actionable recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Perform POCs and evaluations of performance testing tools and approaches.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate performance testing into CI\/CD pipelines and Agile delivery models.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Product, Platform, Infrastructure, and DevOps teamsto ensure performance is built in early.<\/li>\n<li>Establish performance benchmarks, SLAs, and performance gates for releases.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in performance engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to overall quality strategy by partnering with Enterprise Test Automation and DevOps teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  Additional Skills (Nice to Have): <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience partnering with Enterprise DevOps teams on performance and reliability best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with QA automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  In addition to our open door policy and supportive work environment, we also strive to provide a competitive salary and benefits package.
