If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are currently seeking a IT Hardware Asset Management Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\u0101taka (IN-KA), India (IN).<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and drive the overall Hardware Asset Management strategy aligned with organizational and client objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to clients and leadership on asset optimization, lifecycle governance, and cost efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and mentor a team of HAM analysts and senior resources, ensuring capability development and high performance.<\/li>\n<li>Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and SLAs to measure and improve service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer experience and service adoption.<\/li>\n<li>Lead stakeholder discussions, business reviews, and provide insights-driven recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Finance, IT Operations, and Vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end HAM processes across datacenter and end-user environments.<\/li>\n<li>Drive standardization and adoption of best practices across accounts\/projects<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for automation and tool optimization to enhance efficiency and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of hardware assets including procurement, deployment, IMACs, tracking, leasing, retirement, and disposal.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate and timely updates to asset repositories and CMDB systems.<\/li>\n<li>Govern leased asset management, renewals, and contract compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate risks related to asset mismanagement, data gaps, or audit exposure.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Access) to generate actionable insights.<\/li>\n<li>Develop executive-level dashboards and reports highlighting asset utilization, cost optimization, and compliance posture.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to enhance business value through improved asset visibility and governance.<\/li>\n<li>Introduce new reports, automation frameworks, and value add process to improve HAM maturity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  <b>Requirements:<\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12+ years of experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge on Excel, Access, other tools to create reports and Dashboards<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented, customer oriented, result delivery oriented, analytic thinking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  <b>Preference<\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in a technical field<\/li>\n<li>Experience on industry leading IT Asset Management tools such as Service Now\/Flexera\/Remedy preferred.<\/li>\n<li>An Industry Certification such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management (CHAMP) will have an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge or experience with discovery tools such as SCCM\/SMS\/Flexera\/Marimba\/LANDesk\/Altiris etc.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a managed services environment and with virtual teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  About NTT DATA<span class=\"br\"><\/span>NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
