At our corporate facilities or at client sites &#8211; together, we make places while transforming businesses into having even more positive impact on societies, the environment and our people.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Location: Wan Chai, Hong Kong Island<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Language: English &#038; Chinese<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What you&#8217;ll do<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all renovation projects for Branch to ensure the most cost-effective and efficient means of occupying premises<\/li>\n<li>Lead a team to perform facility &#038; project management functions for the mixed property portfolio of the bank<\/li>\n<li>Maintain controls and standards for Corporate Real Estate Department<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for renovation projects, facilities management of bank&#8217;s branches &#038; office restack project<\/li>\n<li>Prepare branches &#038; office design drawings, project tendering, opening and analysis of tenders<\/li>\n<li>Assist in seeking appropriate sites for branches and offices<\/li>\n<li>Supervise facility and project management activities, including renovation works, branch and office maintenance, alterations, layouts, and design, to ensure all projects are completed in accordance with correct directions<\/li>\n<li>Review the operation procedures, guidelines and contractor list regularly<\/li>\n<li>Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, Interior Design, Computer Science, IT or related disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Min. 6 years of hands on program management\/ project management experiences, preferably gained in Bank\/ Financial institutes handling both retail shops and corporate offices renovation and retrofitting projects<\/li>\n<li>Office Stack project experience preferred, but not a must<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Personal skills you excel <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communications and presentation skills in both English and Chinese<\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management and interpersonal skills to ensure successful project completion<\/li>\n<li>Able to work under pressure in a face pace environment with tight deadline<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently as well as be part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Competent in using Microsoft suite or software e.g. Project, SharePoint and etc..<\/li>\n<li>Immediately Available is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Why ISS<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Since our founding in 1901, ISS has been a people-first company.
