Responsibilities<\/b>
\n – Developing, deploying, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, including dashboards and reports.
\n – Creating and optimizing data models to support reporting and visualization needs.
\n – Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
\n – Working with data engineers to integrate data from various sources into the business intelligence data models.
\n – Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality in all reporting outputs.
\n – Automating data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes where feasible.
\n – Analysis of data from various sources to ensure that the business acts proactively on the information at its disposal.
\n – Continually searching for new and useful ways to obtain, integrate and analyses data that is relevant to the company\u2019s business model.
\n – Debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting current solutions.
\n – Education of report end-users to ensure a maximum spread of expertise around the company.<\/span>Requirements<\/b>
\n – Undergraduate degree with majors in Information Systems \/ Mathematics \/ Statistics \/ Engineering, Finance or similar. Alternatively, at least 3 years’ work experience in a business intelligence \/ engineering role will be considered. A relevant post-graduate degree will be a strong plus.
\n – Strong SQL Development skills and full Microsoft BI Stack knowledge (SSMS, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).
\n – Experience working with large datasets and optimizing performance in business intelligence tools.
\n – Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration techniques.
\n – 3+ years\u2019 experience in business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
\n – Experience developing dashboards, reports and visualizations for business insights.
\n – Ability to gather and translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
\n – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n – Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
\n – Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations.
\n – Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
