Be the difference that impacts their world.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acquire new commercial clients with annual turnover between R30 million and R1 billion through prospecting and networking to achieve market share growth.<\/li>\n<li>Be a trusted advisor to commercial clients in specialised industries (Agri, Franchise, Fintech, Manufacturing), staying current with economic trends like green energy and sustainable agriculture.<\/li>\n<li>Perform in-depth financial needs analysis and recommend tailor-made solutions to meet client needs.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present large and complex credit applications and partner with the credit manager to manage credit risk and minimise potential impairment.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify and generate revenue through cross-sell strategies for Commercial Banking and the broader Group.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage subject matter expertise to support the digitisation of clients in line with the 4th Industrial Revolution dynamics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A total of 4-5 years of experience in Relationship Management within the financial sector is required.<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years of experience in Business Acquisition is essential.<\/li>\n<li>5-7 years of experience in Agriculture is highly advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced Diplomas\/National 1st Degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Must have completed a BCom \/ BSc Agric.
