The position oversees domestic and international entities, regulatory filings, and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions. It also partners closely with legal, tax, finance, and business teams on transactions, reorganizations, and strategic initiatives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What you&#8217;ll do<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the formation, registration, maintenance, and dissolution of domestic and international entities and branch offices, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and file annual reports, business licenses, powers of attorney, and other regulatory filings to maintain good standing across jurisdictions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update entity management systems, ensuring accurate and current records for all corporate entities<\/li>\n<li>Provide certifications and certificates of incumbency for international matters<\/li>\n<li>Support KYC and UBO requirements by supplying requested information and coordinating notarization and legalization of documents<\/li>\n<li>Support internal and external audits by preparing entity documentation and responding to information requests<\/li>\n<li>Work with outside counsel to gather information for periodic disclosure requirements<\/li>\n<li>Partner with tax, finance, and business teams to support transactions, reorganizations, and other strategic initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> All you&#8217;ll need for success<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Minimum Qualifications- Education &#038; Prior Job Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited college or university<\/li>\n<li>3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, including at least 2 years in a corporate legal department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Preferred Qualifications- Education &#038; Prior Job Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in paralegal studies or paralegal certification<\/li>\n<li>7+ years of experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting a portfolio of domestic and international entities in a law firm or in house legal department<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of corporate structures, governance, and compliance obligations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Skills, Licenses &#038; Certifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in entity management software and Microsoft Office applications<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, client focused environment<\/li>\n<li>Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem solving skills, sound judgment, and outstanding organizational abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and multi task effectively<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Spanish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What you&#8217;ll get<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
