Selected candidates will have opportunity to work with a great technology team, diverse across globe.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What you will do:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Workplace Options (WPO) requires a Senior Mobile Architect to lead the solution design for mobile products serving both iOS and Android apps. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop on both platforms and maintain expertise in current and emerging mobile technologies and tools.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define the overall architecture and design solutions for both iOS and Android apps.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business and development team to create architecture, represent the team in all architectural and technical discussions.<\/li>\n<li>Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Recommended improvements for application performance, streamline application deployment and architectural efficiencies.<\/li>\n<li>Technical advisor to mobile development teams to plan and implement new\/enhance mobile applications.<\/li>\n<li>Any additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications\/Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional with 15+ years of experience across design, development, and system architecture, with at least 5 years of practical expertise in Flutter development and cross-platform integration.<\/li>\n<li>Expert proficiency in Android (Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Architecture Components) and iOS (Swift, Objective-C, iOS SDK, XCode)<\/li>\n<li>Architected modular, scalable, and resilient mobile architectures using MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, and multi\u2011module design and state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).<\/li>\n<li>Proven expertise in RESTful API design, secure backend integration, and mobile security (GDPR\/ISO 27001 compliance)<\/li>\n<li>Advanced SDK development, CI\/CD automation, MDM\/MAM solutions (Microsoft Intune), and automated testing<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience releasing applications to both Apple and Android app stores<\/li>\n<li>Strong foundation in OOPS, data structures, algorithms, and scalable system architecture<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in Agile methodologies, architecture documentation, and collaborative problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>.NET, Python knowledge is added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Database knowledge is added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Designed enterprise\u2011grade communication systems, including in\u2011app messaging, calls, push notifications, and server\u2011driven event pipelines.<\/li>\n<li>Mastery of state management, unidirectional data flow, and advanced data\u2011layer patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Built offline\u2011first architectures, sync engines, and optimized API orchestration layers.<\/li>\n<li>Deep focus on performance optimization, security, and compliance\u2011ready designs.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in observability, logging, CI\/CD, and scalable deployment models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we offer:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>At Workplace Options, we don\u2019t just deliver wellbeing services to our clients, we champion wellbeing for our own employees as well.
