{"id":174496,"date":"2026-04-08T03:48:29","date_gmt":"2026-04-08T03:48:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/were-hiring-senior-assistant-manager-family-medicine-development-contract\/"},"modified":"2026-04-08T03:48:29","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T03:48:29","slug":"were-hiring-senior-assistant-manager-family-medicine-development-contract","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/were-hiring-senior-assistant-manager-family-medicine-development-contract\/","title":{"rendered":"We\u2019re Hiring Senior\/ Assistant Manager, Family Medicine Development (Contract)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>You will be responsible for the following:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with relevant stakeholders to manage the planning, executing and ground coordination of assigned research programme(s) and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Manage approved funding and expenditure, including corresponding with funder, handling purchases and tracking of budget utilisation.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support in grant processing\/claims, facilitate grant verification and variation submissions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor progress of the projects and coordinate regular review meeting with the project team and relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparation of relevant reports\/ presentations\/ materials.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Investigators with required research administration (e.g. Institutional Review Board application, draft and review research agreements).<\/li>\n<li>Assist with research subject recruitment, including consent taking and handling queries by research subjects.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper maintenance of study record according to research compliance, protocols and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage research data and assist with data extraction and data cleaning.<\/li>\n<li>Support organisational projects and events.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree, preferably in Life Science discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in clinical\/primary care research.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in Good Clinical Practice, research ethics, clinical trials and regulatory affairs.<\/li>\n<li>Resourceful and possess strong administrative and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft applications.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in Oracle Business Intelligence will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.sg\/jobad\/sg9e08d75a10a24e95392c843a4b6defa9?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You will be responsible for the following: Work closely with relevant stakeholders to manage the planning, executing and ground coordination of assigned research programme(s) and projects.
