The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP\u2019s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Job Description: This is SAP project delivery-focused role, managing complex SuccessFactors implementation. You are to manage the entire SuccessFactors and SAP HCM projects along with other members to ensure meeting our clients&#8217; timeline and deliveries. You must work onsite and must be able to travel frequently within Singapore.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As SuccessFactors Project Manager, you will be working and liaising with our top clients with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<li>Involve in the full process of data gathering and analysis on user requirement, project design, strong project implementation in HCM modules, post-implementation support and roll-out.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, assess and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors<\/li>\n<li>You will work on implementation for Singapore clients for SuccessFactors<\/li>\n<li>Work with ABeam\u2019s regional COE team for various activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have at least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience working in Singapore consulting environment<\/li>\n<li>Active hands-on Techno-Functional experience liaising with Singapore clients HR team &#038; customer fronting<\/li>\n<li>Very experienced function and\/or technical skills in all areas of the HCM\/SF modules in Singapore consulting environment in various industries<\/li>\n<li>Must be certified in any of minimum 2 SuccessFactors modules<\/li>\n<li>Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical &#038; functional Solution Design<\/li>\n<li>Presales experience will be added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules<\/li>\n<li>Must be fully vaccinated<\/li>\n<li>Candidates have expertise in a SuccessFactors &#038; SAP HCM implementation processes<\/li>\n<li>You should be flexible\/willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management.
