The role supports optimal stock availability, inventory efficiency, and alignment with commercial and financial objectives across multiple product categories.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Forecasting <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual demand forecasts at SKU, category, and channel level (distribution and retail).<\/li>\n<li>Incorporate historical sales data, seasonality, promotions, launches, and market trends into forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to align forecasts with commercial plans.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting models and assumptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Planning <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Convert demand forecasts into supply and inventory plans aligned with lead times, MOQ, and service level targets.<\/li>\n<li>Support mid-term and long-term planning, including capacity and assortment planning where applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in S&#038;OP \/ IBP cycles by preparing inputs, analyses, and recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Replenishment <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage replenishment planning for warehouses and retail outlets to ensure optimal stock levels.<\/li>\n<li>Generate replenishment proposals and monitor execution to prevent stockouts and overstock.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams on ordering, delivery schedules, and constraints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Stock Monitoring <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels, stock cover, aging, slow-moving and obsolete (SLOB) items.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify risks related to excess inventory or potential shortages and recommend corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Support inventory optimization initiatives across categories and channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Reporting &#038; Analysis <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering demand, supply, inventory, forecast accuracy, and KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze sales performance versus forecast and explain variances.<\/li>\n<li>Provide insights and recommendations to improve demand planning, replenishment, and inventory performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Presentations &#038; Stakeholder Communication <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and deliver presentations for management on demand trends, risks, opportunities, and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Clearly communicate planning assumptions, constraints, and scenarios to internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Budgeting &#038; AOP (Occasional \/ Periodic) <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the preparation of the annual budget and AOP (Annual Operating Plan) from a demand and volume perspective.<\/li>\n<li>Provide demand assumptions, scenarios, and category-level projections to Finance and Management.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in periodic reforecasting exercises linked to budget and AOP reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.kw\/jobad\/kw7c6a4ee49706e08efdbbe09c60810007?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Purpose Responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts and translating them into actionable supply and replenishment plans for both distribution and retail operations.
