This role involves designing and executing compliance testing strategies, conducting reviews, analyzing data, preparing reports, and engaging with stakeholders to implement corrective actions. The position requires a strong understanding of banking regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and guide a team effectively.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Roles &#038; Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, investments, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Design and monitor control systems to address violations of legal rules and internal policies.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Review and evaluate the bank&#8217;s procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.<\/li>\n<li>Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes and maintain organized compliance records.<\/li>\n<li>Draft compliance checklists, manuals, and other regulatory documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with department leads to review all departmental compliance policies.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with senior management to ensure proper implementation of compliance policies.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate investigations when non-compliance occurs within the bank.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise compliance officers and team and share best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of regulatory developments within or outside the bank and evolving best practices in compliance control.<\/li>\n<li>Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Education Qualification: Postgraduate (MBA\/CA)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience: 5 \u2013 10 years of experience<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in5521b0ad2c0fc61bfabe8234ced639ca?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Requirements Role\/ Job Title: Senior Compliance Manager \u2013 Compliance Testing Function\/ Department: Compliance Job Purpose: Role in ensuring the organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
