At TJX, we strive to build a workplace where our Associates\u2019 contributions are welcomed and are embedded in our purpose to provide excellent value to our customers every day.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>You&#8217;ll be a right fit if you&#8217;re coming with an extensive experience in Datawarehouse testing along with Cloud &#038; Automation experience. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, assisting them with technical challenges and guiding them on best testing practices.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a Testing SME and assist cross-functional teams in the implementation of data testing frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee test strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans to ensure successful project deliveries.<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvements in test processes, frameworks, and team efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Define and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy for ETL, BI, and data integration solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Design and develop automated data quality tests to ensure data integrity across multiple sources, including file-based, API, streaming, and cloud-to-cloud data sharing.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate automated data quality tests into CI\/CD pipelines to enable continuous validation.<\/li>\n<li>Define data quality metrics, validation frameworks, and monitoring strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Set up data quality monitoring dashboards and alerts to proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the design and execution of end-to-end testing, including functional, non-functional, system, UAT, and regression testing.<\/li>\n<li>Perform data validation using advanced SQL, stored procedures, and database design principles.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize Unix\/Python scripting for data validation, and process automation.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to developing ETL solutions using tools like Talend or DataStage OR building stored procedures, scheduling workflows, and integrating data pipelines. Additionally, develop BI reports using tools like Power BI or Cognos.<\/li>\n<li>Implement best practices in data governance, compliance, and auditing to ensure data reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Scrum Teams to review backlog items and define test requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and recommend improvements to data quality processes, automation tools, and testing frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Define and enforce data quality best practices across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot production issues, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Key Skills (Must Haves): <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years in data quality assurance, ETL testing, DB testing or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>5+ year of experience in leading test teams, mentoring engineers, and driving test strategies.<\/li>\n<li>5+ year of experience in data testing using ETL tool experience like Talend, DataStage, or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>5+ year of experience is automated &#038; Data Quality testing using tools like TOSCA, ICEDQ or equivalent frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>5+ year Advanced SQL\/PL SQL experience (Snowflake a plus).<\/li>\n<li>4+ year Experience in Agile, Scrum Frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of experience with writing Test Plan, test strategies, test cases and test scripts.<\/li>\n<li>4+ Experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, or similar tools.<\/li>\n<li>2+ year of experience with Unix shell scripting or Python.<\/li>\n<li>1+ year of experience in building end to end ETL\/BI pipeline OR building stored procedures, scheduling workflows, and integrating data pipelines and develop BI reports using tools like Power BI or Cognos.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of System Testing, UAT, Integration, and Regression Testing.<\/li>\n<li>Should Understand requirements, data models, data mapping documents and translate them into test cases and validation strategies.<\/li>\n<li>2+ year of experience in data visualization testing (PowerBI, Cognos preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Non-Technical Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, SDLC, anddocumentation best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze complex data and business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communicator, organized, and a collaborative team player.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with cross-functional teams, adapt to evolving business needs, and effectively manage shifting priorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Key Skills (Nice to Haves): <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in Customer Analytics, Retail, or E-commerce domains.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with data governance policies and data compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to API Platforms like Apigee, Dell Boomi, Postman, and API-driven testing frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of DataOps &#038; TestOps concepts for continuous data quality testing and automation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience validating unstructured data formats, including XML, JSON, Parquet.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of cloud data platforms like Azure, Databricks for data processing and analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Cloud: Any, preferred-Azure.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Talend preferred.<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in6062572108dff67cd374aa9dbc6f7bf1?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About TJX India TJX India &#8211; Hyderabad is the newest IT home office in the global technology organization of off-price apparel and home fashion retailer TJX, established to deliver innovative solutions that help transform operations globally.
