Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ideation, management, and compilation of a range of compelling markets for Flutter customers across 150,000+ events per year<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Trading &#038; risk management using a mix of market references &#038; trader insight<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Working closely with cross-functional teams, sharing insights and fostering a culture where every perspective is valued.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Interacting confidently with a broad range of internal and external partners<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Maintaining a keen eye for detail in creating and managing attractive betting opportunities.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of making quick decisions with limited information.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What We\u2019re Looking For<span class=\"br\"><\/span>A genuine focus on understanding customer needs combined with strong attention to detail.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Clear and thoughtful communication skills that help you connect with colleagues, partners and suppliers globally<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good understanding on Excel and similar software products.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>A flexible attitude toward working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays when needed.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>While knowing about odds and probabilities is a plus, we offer continuous training to get you fully up to speed.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>An interest in sports such as Golf or Tennis is a bonus, but we welcome candidates with a variety of interests and experiences.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Openness to learning and applying AI and emerging technologies.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u200b<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Benefits<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Finance &#038;
