We put Customer, Quality, Talent and Prudence as the core values that support our guiding principles.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Property Manager (11-month) [Ref: TM-PM]<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>The Job<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor compliance with tenancy requirements and maintaining tenancy records to ensure optimal use of resources.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and promote relationships between HKHS and tenants\/owners, Government Departments (e.g., Home Affairs Dept.), and relevant associations by answering their enquiries, drafting reply letters\/correspondences\/notices, handling complaints, attending meetings, participating in various community activities, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise staff by appropriately allocating duties, planning rosters, monitoring performance, providing necessary guidance and coaching.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare data analysis and statistics report regularly<\/li>\n<li>Conduct briefing sessions to tenants and residents<\/li>\n<li>Irregular working hours may need<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The Person<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional qualification in Housing Management such as MCIH, MHKIH, RPHM.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in property management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role, particularly in managing rental estates.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with rental policy, operation procedures of estate management.<\/li>\n<li>Good customer service, problem solving and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Good influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to express ideas precisely, systematically, and clearly in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.<\/li>\n<li>Good supervisory skills, willing to take initiatives and able to cope with stress and work pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Attractive remuneration package will be offered to suitable candidates.
