\n – loyalty reward scheme<\/span>The role<\/b><\/span>At a glance, your role is to work as part of a team to serve food and drinks to the correct specification, working efficiently, all while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service.<\/span>Our pubs open early and close late, so we offer great flexibility with shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.<\/span>Duties include:<\/b>
\n – taking orders, preparing, dispensing and serving drinks to the correct spec, whether at the bar or via the customer app
\n – delivering food to customers, ensuring that check-backs are completed and clearing plates within the required timeframe
\n – providing friendly customer interactions: say “hello”, thank customers and build rapport
\n – being knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products
\n – maintain our `clean as you go` standards, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces and carrying out toilet checks
\n – working in all areas, including glass-washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer garden clearing and other duties, as needed<\/span>Progression and development<\/span>Most Wetherspoon team leaders and managers started in the kitchen or behind the bar.<\/span>If you`re looking to progress, we can support your development with:

\n – cross-training into other areas (kitchen, hotel).
