Key Responsibilities<\/b>
\n Manage end-to-end handover process in compliance with Ashghal requirements
\n Ensure timely submission and approval of all PDLM deliverables
\n Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, and authorities
\n Track asset documentation, drawings, clearances, and approvals
\n Drive project close-out with strong knowledge of Ashghal handover procedures<\/span>Requirements \/ Qualifications<\/b>
\n Minimum 5 years of experience in Ashghal infrastructure\/road projects
\n Proven experience coordinating with GEC and PWA
\n Strong expertise in PDLM system and related handover deliverables
\n Thorough knowledge of non-PWA assets and stakeholder coordination
\n Experienced in preparing, compiling, and closing all handover documentation
\n Strong coordination and communication skills
\n Bachelor’s degree in Civil\/Construction Engineering or related field
\n – MMUP\/UPDA required
