The candidate will assist the Coffee Bar Manager in making coffees and other beverages for customers. They will learn processes with regards to opening the coffee bar, machine maintenance and operation, grinder calibration, barista techniques, point of sale operation, and making the perfect coffee. Under the close guidance of the Coffee Bar Manager, they will have a responsibility for ensuring the quality and consistence of our products, while also learning to multi-take and interact with our customers. Stock replenishment and movement will be involved in the role. Daily closing tasks will be learned also with a significant focus on cleaning standards. Candidates are eligible to participate in the WPEP QQI Work Experience Module which was developed by the Education &#038; Training Boards in collaboration with the Department of Social Protection.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Role Description This training is a work experience opportunity and is suitable for those with no experience. The successful candidate will be enrolled in our intensive 3 day Licence to Work course in our training school in advance of starting, and will then be working on a programme over the six months ensuring consistent development.
