Application Development <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel framework<\/li>\n<li>Build clean, reusable, and efficient backend modules<\/li>\n<li>Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable code architecture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 2. System Architecture &#038; Optimization <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design scalable application structures<\/li>\n<li>Optimize application performance and database queries<\/li>\n<li>Ensure system reliability and follow security best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 3. Team Collaboration <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and testers (including international teams)<\/li>\n<li>Participate in sprint planning and technical discussions<\/li>\n<li>Support junior developers when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 4. Code Quality &#038; Debugging <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards<\/li>\n<li>Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Ensure high-quality deliverables with minimal defects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 5.
