It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide timely, accurate, and practical compliance advice on applicable statutory, regulatory, and internal requirements to internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and assess new or amended laws, regulations, regulatory guidelines, supervisory expectations, and industry standards, and communicate regulatory developments and their impact to relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, review, update and maintain compliance policies, procedures and guidelines (where applicable) in response to regulatory changes, Head Office requirements and business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to the Head of Regulatory Compliance on regulatory initiatives, governance matters, ad\u2011hoc projects, and interactions with regulators and auditors.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programmes in accordance with the Compliance Plan, Head Office directives, local management requirements, and applicable regulatory expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct compliance reviews, thematic reviews, and monitoring activities in accordance with the Compliance Plan, directives from Head Office, and instructions from local management, and track remediation actions to completion.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and contribute to compliance reports, management information, and governance materials for senior management, committees, and Head Office, as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Requirements<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Be a Part of the UOB Family<span class=\"br\"><\/span>UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
