You&#8217;ll work closely with developers and product managers in an Agile environment to design and execute both manual and automated tests. You&#8217;ll contribute to building and maintaining test automation frameworks, collaborate on troubleshooting issues, and help drive continuous improvement within the QA process.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, execute, and document test scenarios and results for both functional and non-functional requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites for APIs and web UI.<\/li>\n<li>Record defects clearly and communicate findings to the team.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the growth and improvement of the test automation framework.<\/li>\n<li>Share domain knowledge and testing expertise with team members.<\/li>\n<li>Apply Agile methodologies and actively participate in process improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Provide constructive feedback during peer reviews and explain technical decisions clearly.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about industry trends and propose improvements to engineering practices.<\/li>\n<li>Break down tasks, plan, estimate, and evaluate scope effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Support team learning and contribute to regular training sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure work is fit-for-purpose by understanding how products and services are used.<\/li>\n<li>Follow established coding patterns and deliver clean, maintainable code.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate reliability and professionalism in all interactions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an open mind towards learning and adapting new skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-5 years&#8217; experience in software testing within a professional environment.<\/li>\n<li>Tertiary qualification or relevant certifications.<\/li>\n<li>2+ years working in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Technical Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and C#.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Specflow\/ReqnRoll, Playwright, Appium, Applitools, GitHub).<\/li>\n<li>Experience testing web services and APIs.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to add and update automated functional and regression tests in existing frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with defect management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with accessibility testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Other Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong collaboration and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and enthusiastic.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and adapt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Visa is an EEO Employer.
