Among other things, your responsibilities will be: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspection, service and troubleshooting of existing fire alarm systems;<\/li>\n<li>Performing upgrades, repairs, additions or improvements to systems following inspection;<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of inspection, and deficiencies reports in a timely manner;<\/li>\n<li>Respond to emergency calls during evenings and weekends, on a rotational basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in Fire Protection Technology\/Technologist;<\/li>\n<li>CFAA certification;<\/li>\n<li>5-10 years of relevant experience in service and inspection of fire alarm systems;<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service skills;<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of CAN\/ULC standards S524, S536 and S537;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Notifier products (an asset);<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license;<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual (an asset);<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well independently;<\/li>\n<li>5+ years&#8217; experience in programming fire alarm panels (an asset).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Why Join Us<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Viking values, respects and supports the interests of its employees from all walks of life.
