Job Description :<\/b><\/span>Strategic & Operational Leadership<\/span>Lead IT transformation initiatives and system upgrades.<\/span>Manage the ICT budget to ensure cost-effectiveness in licensing, hardware procurement, and telecommunications contracts.<\/span>Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers.<\/span>Oversee the IT support function and ensure timely issue resolution.<\/span>Supervise and mentor ICT technical specialists, ensuring clear KPIs and continuous professional development.<\/span>Cybersecurity & Risk Management<\/span>Develop and implement the organization\u2019s cybersecurity strategy.<\/span>Work with Security Specialists to maintain a robust cybersecurity posture (ISO 27001 or similar).<\/span>Establish and enforce information security policies and standards.<\/span>Maintain data privacy and protection protocols.<\/span>Report cybersecurity risks and mitigation plans to senior management.<\/span>Provide periodic reporting on IT performance, system health, and security posture.<\/span>Business Continuity & Infrastructure Management<\/span>Ensure disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection measures are in place and regularly tested.<\/span>Manage ERP, HR systems, Microsoft 365, and all enterprise platforms, including licensing, access, and support.<\/span>Oversee the System & Cloud Administrators to ensure hybrid infrastructure is optimized, secure, and backed up.<\/span>Requirements<\/b><\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure\/AWS, VoIP, and SD\u2011WAN<\/span>Experience in cybersecurity frameworks and risk management<\/span>Skilled in ERP and enterprise systems management<\/span>Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network architecture<\/span>Excellent leadership and communication skills<\/span>Strong reporting and documentation capabilities<\/span>Certifications preferred: PMP\/Prince2, ITIL Foundation, or CISSP<\/span>Must be Oman resident<\/span>Educational Requirements:<\/b><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field<\/span>Experience Requirements:<\/b><\/span>8\u201310 years of experience in the ICT\/IT field<\/span>Experience in managing IT operations, security, cloud, and infrastructure environments is preferred<\/p>\n
