This position is responsible for overseeing graphic design projects, ensuring that they align with the company&#8217;s branding strategy, and effectively communicate the park&#8217;s unique experiences and offerings. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with various teams, including marketing, operations, and merchandise, to create visually appealing content for promotional campaigns, merchandise, and digital platforms.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage a team of graphic designers to create innovative designs that meet the strategic goals of the park.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement graphic design projects from conception through to execution, ensuring they meet timelines and budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the creative process, providing guidance and feedback to team members to ensure high-quality output.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements and fulfill design needs for various projects, such as marketing campaigns and merchandise graphics.<\/li>\n<li>Manage vendor relationships for print and promotional materials, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards are met.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated with design trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all designs are consistent with the Six Flags brand identity and resonate with target audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Track and analyze the performance of design campaigns and make data-driven improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall marketing strategy for the park.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Education<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a leadership role, managing design teams, is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in print and digital media design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<li>Creativity and a keen eye for detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/saa125dd0a2962b129185713569a481a2a?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description: Assistant Manager &#8211; Graphic Design Sales at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia plays a key role in driving the visual representation and marketing initiatives for the brand.
