Together we cover Product &#038; Payments, Technology, Sportsbook Product &#038; Trading, People, Property, Corporate Communications and Strategic Partnerships &#038; Transformation.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Team APEX is a new capability passionate about improving the Product Development Lifecycle through AI enabled tools and ways of working. Spanning multiple value streams, the initiative introduces new technologies and delivery practices, with success heavily dependent on effective adoption across Technology, Product, Delivery and Leadership communities.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Change &#038; Planning Lead for APEX is accountable for defining and delivering the change strategy that enables teams to successfully adopt new AI powered tools, processes, and ways of working. The role leads the people side of the transformation, ensuring change is planned, delivered, and embedded within a fast-moving, Agile environment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Working closely with Technology, Product, Delivery, and People teams, the role assesses change impacts, handles adoption and resistance risks, and ensures effective engagement, communication, training, and reinforcement activities are in place.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Alongside this, the role brings strong planning and coordination capability, aligning change activity to the APEX roadmap, handling dependencies across value streams, and sequencing change in a pragmatic and achievable way.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>By treating change as a core capability rather than an afterthought, this role plays a critical part in reducing resistance, accelerating adoption, and enabling APEX to realise the full value of AI-enabled delivery.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What you\u2019ll do<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Change Strategy: Define and lead the end-to-end change approach for APEX, ensuring alignment with programme goals and value realisation.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Impact Assessment: Lead change impact assessments to understand impacts on people, roles, behaviours, and approaches across engineering, product, and adjacent teams.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain inclusive stakeholder maps and engagement strategies across multiple value streams and locations.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Change Delivery: Build and deliver targeted change interventions, including communications, engagement activities, training, and reinforcement.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Leadership Enablement: Partner with leaders to mentor and support them in their role as effective change sponsors.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Risk &#038; Adoption Management: Proactively identify adoption and resistance risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Measurement &#038; Outcomes: Define and oversee measures of change success, including adoption, engagement, and behavioural outcomes.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Integrated Change Planning: Align change activities to the APEX roadmap, key milestones, and delivery cadences, providing structure, clarity, and predictability to change delivery.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Cross-Initiative Coordination &#038; Dependency Management: Maintain visibility of intersecting initiatives impacting shared communities, supporting dependency mapping, sequencing, and prioritisation to avoid overload and ensure realistic, achievable change plans.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What you\u2019ll need:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience supporting or leading business change within transformation programmes, ideally in technology-led or Agile environments.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Solid understanding of organisational change methodologies and guideline, with exposure to Prosci or similar frameworks desirable.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience contributing to behaviour and change behaviour, particularly where adoption of new tools and ways of working is important to success.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with leaders, engineers, and product teams.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Practical experience in planning and delivery activities, such as roadmap development, dependency management, or programme coordination within change or transformation contexts.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Comfort operating in ambiguous environments, with a pragmatic and outcome-focused approach to problem solving.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex change into clear, relevant messages for different audiences.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What\u2019s in it for you<br \/>\n       We are a flexible employer; whether you have personal commitments or a hobby that brings you joy, we want you to bring your best self to work and feel empowered to do so.
