You\u2019ll take senior ownership of performance across Google Ads, Microsoft\/Bing, and Apple Search Ads, helping to shape strategy, lead optimisation, and deliver sustained commercial growth across some of Flutter\u2019s most recognisable brands. Success in this role will be measured through your ability to scale profitable volume, improve CPA and LTV, and continuously evolve our paid search approach through testing, automation and innovation.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a Senior Paid Search Executive, you\u2019ll be a core member of the central UK &#038; Ireland Search team, working across a broad portfolio of market-leading Flutter brands including Betfair, Paddy Power and Sky Betting &#038; Gaming. You\u2019ll combine hands-on campaign ownership with a more strategic lens, supporting not just execution but also the evolution of our approach to paid search at scale.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You\u2019ll play a key role in shaping best practice across the channel, mentoring junior team members, and working closely with Paid Search Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our activity is delivering against clear commercial and customer outcomes. The role sits at the intersection of performance, automation, creative testing and commercial strategy, with accountability across always-on acquisition, trading moments, and new product or market launches.
