Promoting continuous improvement, you\u2019ll identify opportunities to maximise the customer experience and reduce the test cycle time by improving techniques, tooling, eliminating waste and creating a collaborative, proactive approach to quality in the feature team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As well as this, you\u2019ll be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting your Quality Manager and team in executing against the test strategy and quality by determining and advising which tests should be automated at which layer<\/li>\n<li>Working in conjunction with quality automation specialists in writing automated tests and analysing the results<\/li>\n<li>Executing tests on a continuous basis triggered automatically by change events and minimising the execution time for the automated tests in order to obtain quick feedback<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the customer and human centric designs and driving the quality of the teams work to constantly improve the solutions and enhance customer experiences<\/li>\n<li>Making sure defects are detected and prioritised, based on impact, and resolved at the earliest possible moment ensuring customer outcomes are delivered right first time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> The skills you&#8217;ll need<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We\u2019re looking for someone with proven application of testing methodologies, including a range of Agile testing methods such as test driven development and behaviour driven development. You\u2019ll have experience with a wide range of testing automation tooling.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You\u2019ll also need experience of systems development lifecycle, along with experience of delivering testing activities in a technology or IT function.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Additionally, we\u2019ll be looking for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, SQL query skills preferably PostgreSQL, and ETL testing<\/li>\n<li>Strong Unix shell scripting expertise along with experience working with Autosys for scheduling and job monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of at least one scripting language such as Python<\/li>\n<li>GenAI and prompt engineering skills, with experience on GitLab Duo being an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and management<\/li>\n<li>Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Hours 45<span
