From initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor, you&#8217;ll play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you&#8217;ll guide our customers through their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, in collaboration with your team, you&#8217;ll create moments that matter.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have, they&#8217;re not mandatory.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer-focused: You enjoy engaging with people and are committed to delivering excellent service.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable and flexible: Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and customer requests.<\/li>\n<li>Action-oriented: Proactive and driven to take initiative and get things done with quality.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator: You have a genuine interest in people, communicate clearly, and actively listen to understand others perspectives and needs.<\/li>\n<li>Eager to learn: Open to feedback and always looking for opportunities to grow and develop.<\/li>\n<li>Brand enthusiast: You have a real passion for our brand and collection, and love sharing that enthusiasm with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule flexibility: Willing and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.<\/li>\n<li>English language skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Preferable but not mandatory <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of store operations &#038; customer service skills from previous retail experience<\/li>\n<li>Confident in offering customers advice on fashion trends, materials, sizing etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>These are available positions with contract of 20 and 30 hours a week please apply by sending in your CV in English as soon as possible.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Benefits:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We&#8217;re committed to supporting our employees with a range of attractive benefits and valuable development opportunities.
