What the role is:<\/span>Assistant\/ Manager, Business Analyst<\/span>What you will be working on:<\/b><\/span>Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for new projects or initiatives.<\/span>Business Process Re-engineering: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the organization.<\/span>Support change management: To support business users when changing over to the new application<\/span>Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and analysis findings.<\/span>Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.<\/span>Functional testing: To perform functional testing individually and with business domain users on new feature \/ capabilities developed<\/span>Data entry for new features: During periods where there is a parallel run, to perform data entry into the new applications, while current start work with the existing application<\/span>Reporting: To perform comparison of data between existing application and new application to ensure data is captured correctly.<\/span>What we are looking for:<\/b><\/span>Background in IT or software product management or education in software engineer \/ IT \/ information systems<\/span>At least three years of experience as a business analyst<\/span>At least four years of experience in quality assurance \/ management<\/span>Background in real estate is a big plus<\/span>Certification in Design Thinking and Quality Management is a big plus<\/span>Ideally some knowledge of SLA’s land and titles management<\/span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.<\/span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.<\/span>Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, and business intelligence software is a big plus.<\/span>Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.<\/span>Basic project management skills to understand and recommend changes to project planning where applicable.<\/span>Strong documentation skills to create clear and comprehensive business requirement documents and analysis reports. Experience in creating approval flows, managing spaces and documenting processes in JIRA and CONFLUENCE a big plus.<\/span>This is a one year contract position<\/span>About Singapore Land Authority:<\/span>The mission of the Singapore Land Authority is to optimise land resources for the economic and social development of Singapore.
