Chalhoub Group is proud to be a member of the United Nations Global Compact, a signatory of the Women’s Empowerment Principles, and to have pledged to reach Net Zero by 2040.<\/span>What you’ll be doing<\/b><\/span>Our Commercial Manager is responsible for maximizing commercial performance, driving customer, partnership and people experience across multiple beauty stores.<\/span>Drive execution of brand strategy across the network in alignment with overall objectives<\/span>Partner with Marketing to ensure full rollout of marketing and customer experience initiatives<\/span>Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, tailored to each market<\/span>Align with Commercial teams on annual sales planning and target setting<\/span>Monitor discounts, margins, and profitability to sustain business performance<\/span>Track sell-out performance and stock levels, proactively managing shortages and risks<\/span>Review orders and update Merchandising on stock status and potential gaps<\/span>Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance insights<\/span>Deliver data-driven commercial reports (quantitative and qualitative)<\/span>Set and monitor individual and team sales targets across the organization<\/span>Own and manage the brand P&L and overall financial performance<\/span>Evaluate brand performance and recommend strategic actions<\/span>Manage resources effectively within approved budgets<\/span>Provide accurate and timely financial updates to management<\/span>Develop, coach, and motivate team members to drive performance and engagement<\/span>Monitor team performance and conduct regular feedback and appraisals<\/span>Drive overall sales performance across the region<\/span>Lead and develop a large retail team (direct and indirect reports)<\/span>Ensure strong commercial and financial acumen across store operations<\/span>Maintain strong market awareness with a proactive field presence<\/span>Identify market opportunities and provide relevant market intelligence<\/span>Foster cross-functional collaboration and initiatives<\/span>Strengthen category understanding and overall business performance<\/span>What you’ll need to succeed<\/b><\/span>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels<\/span>Background in retail, preferably within the beauty industry; FMCG profiles may be considered with strong retail exposure<\/span>Strong market awareness with a hands-on, field-oriented approach<\/span>Demonstrated team leadership skills with a proactive and collaborative approach<\/span>Proven commercial mindset with solid financial acumen to drive performance and deliver result<\/span>What we can offer you<\/b><\/span>With us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
