Residential Apartment Development (Cherrywood, South Dublin)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Project: 70 Residential Units + Basement Car Park<br \/>\n       Location: Cherrywood, South Dublin<br \/>\n       Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent<br \/>\n       Salary: Up to \u20ac80k<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Project timeline: 2 years<br \/>\n       Start: As soon as available<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Role Overview<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to take a leading role in the delivery of a high-quality 70-unit apartment development, including a multi-level basement car park, in Cherrywood, South Dublin.<br \/>\n       The successful candidate will oversee all engineering aspects of the project, ensuring effective site management, quality control, and programme delivery while working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors, and design teams.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role is ideal for an engineer with strong concrete frame\/residential experience and the confidence to take ownership of site engineering on a large urban development.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Engineering &#038; Technical <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set out, level, and survey the site using modern surveying equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the construction of reinforced concrete frames and basement structures.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all underground services, drainage, utilities and civils packages.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee installation of fa\u00e7ade systems, internal fit-out stages, and M&#038;E coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to design specifications, construction drawings, regulations, and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support to the site team, subcontractors, and design consultants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Quality, Compliance &#038; Safety <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and maintain QA\/QC processes throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Complete checklists, inspections, as-built records, and ensure compliance with BCAR (where required).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all works are carried out in line with health &#038; safety legislation, method statements, and RAMS.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with assigned PSCS\/PSDP personnel and ensure safe site practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Programming &#038; Coordination <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Project Manager with programme planning and sequencing of works.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate subcontractors daily to ensure delivery is aligned with programme.<\/li>\n<li>Identify risks, delays, or design issues and propose mitigation solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct daily and weekly site meetings with internal teams and subcontractors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Documentation &#038;
