Job Description :<\/b><\/span>Acts as the strategic HR leader for the Unit, aligning workforce planning, talent management, Omanisation, compliance, employee relations, total rewards, and governance frameworks with business objectives to ensure productivity, legal compliance, and sustainable workforce capability across projects.<\/span>Requirements<\/b><\/span>Roles & Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>HR Strategy – translating corporate HR strategy into specific people strategies and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.<\/span>Strategic Workforce Planning – Align long-term workforce strategy with business forecasts, project pipelines, demobilization plans, and Omanisation targets.<\/span>Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – Oversee recruitment planning, ensuring alignment with workforce budgets and business priorities. Monitor mobilization timelines.<\/span>Job Descriptions – Provide governance oversight on JDs ensuring consistency and clarity in role accountability.<\/span>Omanisation – Drive the Omanisation roadmap in compliance with Ministry\/Client regulations, including ICV and ensure alignment with corporate omanisation targets<\/span>Employee Relations & Grievance Management – Provide strategic oversight of employee relations, ensure fair and legally compliant resolutions.<\/span>Compliance with Labour Law & Internal Policies – Ensure compliance with labour regulations and internal governance frameworks.<\/span>Offboarding\/Exit Management – Review attrition patterns and recommend corrective strategies.<\/span>Total Rewards \u2013 Recommendation for salary increases, cost optimization strategies while ensuring internal equity.<\/span>Employee Engagement & Transformation – culture transformation, leadership development, ensuring alignment with corporate values.<\/span>Succession Planning \u2013 Identify critical positions and the successors. Follow-up on the development strategies.<\/span>Performance Management \u2013 Ensure timely completion of appraisals, assist Unit Head in calibration of performance ratings.<\/span>L&D and Skill Development \u2013 Identify training needs, ensure nominations and training effectiveness upon completion. Skill development.<\/span>Project Coordination & Demobilization \u2013 Monitoring of Projects completion status and redeployment post completion.<\/span>Visa, Resident Card, Leave & Air Ticket Management \u2013 Ensure coordination with Employee Affairs\/Shared Services for timely action.<\/span>Site Visits \u2013 Carryout periodic site visits, submit reports and recommendations.<\/p>\n
