This high-impact role requires an individual who can translate complex commercial data into clear, actionable business strategies, acting as the key link between technical analytics teams and senior business stakeholders.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert on pharma commercial data and analytics (IQVIA, Symphony Health, Claims data).<\/li>\n<li>Lead the design and end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics projects, ensuring technical accuracy and quality of deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Translate complex analytical findings into compelling, easy-to-understand strategic recommendations for senior business stakeholders (Brand Directors, Sales VPs).<\/li>\n<li>Manage and deliver solutions across core commercial areas, including Omnichannel Effectiveness (ROI modeling), Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) (territory alignment, incentive compensation), Brand Strategy (launch tracking), and Market Access (pricing\/contracting analysis).<\/li>\n<li>Provide mentorship and coaching to junior analysts on best practices and domain knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Support business development by participating in pre-sales conversations and preparing materials that showcase our analytics capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with project managers and data engineering teams to manage project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience: 10+ years of focused experience in Commercial Analytics within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry (client-side or consulting\/technology firm).<\/li>\n<li>Data Expertise (Non-Negotiable): Deep, hands-on working knowledge of core pharma commercial datasets including IQVIA (DDD, Xponent, LAAD, Claims), Veeva, and Symphony Health.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on skills in data manipulation and analysis (SQL, Python\/R) and proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).<\/li>\n<li>Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects and manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts and strategic insights to non-technical business leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and possessing a strong consulting approach focused on delivering measurable business value.<\/li>\n<li>Education: Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, Statistics, Engineering); a Master&#8217;s degree is a strong plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in545e09ff92df4bd5b2767eba9931f2d0?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Client: A strategic data and technology partner focused on delivering high-impact commercial analytics and solutions for the life sciences sector.
