This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT positions across domains like software development, cloud, data, and ERP. As a fresher with a technical background, you will receive structured training on recruitment processes, tools, and client handling, enabling you to understand technical requirements and match the right talent. Strong communication, learning agility, and an interest in HR and technology are essential.<\/span>Roles and Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>\u00b7 Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment for leading MNC companies.<\/span>\u00b7 Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri \/Monster\/Shine and Linkedin.<\/span>\u00b7 Screening the candidate’s resumes and contacting relevant candidates.<\/span>\u00b7 Assess knowledge, Communication skills aptitude, and experience of the applicant.<\/span>\u00b7 Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.<\/span>\u00b7 Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.<\/span>Requirements<\/b><\/span>Requirements<\/b><\/span>Required Qualification: Must be a graduate in B.Tech\/MCA \/ BCA\/ BE\/ BSC<\/span>\u00b7 Freshers to 2 Years of Experience into IT Recruitment.<\/span>\u00b7 Excellent English communication skills.<\/span>\u00b7 Interested to make career into IT recruitment<\/span>\u00b7 Sound Technical Skills<\/span>\u00b7 Must be comfortable working under a target<\/span>\u00b7 Must be living within 5 to 7 kms nearby Marathahalli or can relocate nearby Marathahalli.<\/span>\u00b7 Must be living in Bangalore currently.<\/span>Benefits<\/b><\/span>Timings:<\/span>\u00b7 Day shift (9:30 AM \u2013 7:00 PM)<\/span>\u00b7 5 days Working (Saturday & Sunday off)<\/span>Interested candidate can apply .<\/p>\n
