To help our guests’ journeys begin seamlessly, we’re looking for a Reservations Agent who can handle bookings with precision, provide helpful information, and create a positive first impression-even before our guests arrive.<\/span>A little taste of your day-to-day:<\/span>Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:<\/span>\u25cf Handling guest reservations through phone, email, and online channels with accuracy and efficiency
\n \u25cf Assisting guests with inquiries about room availability, rates, and hotel services
\n \u25cf Ensuring all bookings are correctly entered into the system and updated as needed
\n \u25cf Promoting hotel services, special offers, and upselling to enhance guest experiences
\n \u25cf Coordinating with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals
\n \u25cf Managing amendments, cancellations, and special requests promptly and professionally
\n \u25cf Maintaining detailed records of reservations and guest preferences
\n \u25cf Delivering warm, friendly, and professional service in every interaction<\/span>What we need from you:<\/b><\/span>\u25cf Strong communication skills – you’ll be the first point of contact, so being clear, friendly, and professional is key
