The individual will work with our Frontend team with exposure to backend as well.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What would you do?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, test and maintain Ember.js Front-End<\/li>\n<li>Write testable, maintainable code for product.<\/li>\n<li>Involve in code reviews for other developers.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with other developers and team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive code to enhance the user experience and support analytical products<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and diagnose production issues.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Jump in and help the team deliver features when it is required<\/li>\n<li>Balance technical debt vs. feature development vs. supporting customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What are we looking for?<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Technical Skills<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The following skills are needed for this role.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 &#8211; 7 years in any Front end framework (Angular\/React\/Ember.js) preferable Ember.js<\/li>\n<li>Willing to learn and work inEmber.js<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Primary Skills: The candidate must possess the following primary skills: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Javascript\/Typescript, CSS, SASS, SCSS<\/li>\n<li>Frontend design patterns<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable writing automated tests alongside features and bug fixes<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Git, Github, Bitbucket, Jenkins etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Secondary Skills:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>It would be advantageous if the candidate also has the following secondary skills: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>RESTful JSON API<\/li>\n<li>SQL Server Databases Skill<\/li>\n<li>Node.js, TypeScript, and ES2020<\/li>\n<li>Experience with agile methodologies, especially Kanban<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Soft Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thrives collaborating in a team environment with a diverse range of people<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership in a remote \/ hybrid work environment<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Able to have a change of mind, and able to change the minds of others<\/li>\n<li>Writes clearly and concisely<\/li>\n<li>Capable of working without a company office, with a fully remote team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Growth Skills: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possesses a good work ethic; a self-starter with a desire to grow<\/li>\n<li>Always looking for better ways to get the job done<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualification<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or technical institute degree\/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role requires overlap with multiple time zones for planning meetings, status updates etc. on a regular basis.
