The individual will work with our global development team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What would you do?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, Review, test and maintain application code<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with other developers and product to fulfil objectives<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and diagnose issues<\/li>\n<li>Take lead on tasks as needed<\/li>\n<li>Jump in and help the team deliver features when it is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What are we looking for?<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Technical Skills<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The following skills are needed for this role.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Experience<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7<br \/>\n       2-4 years<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Skills to Test<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Experience with front-end React\/Jquery\/Javascript, HTML and CSS Frameworks<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Solid experience Core, SQL Server, Strong Understanding of OOPs concepts and SOLID principles, Unit testing tools, Debugging techniques<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 SQL or other RDBMS<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Primary Skills<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Real-World Problem Solving<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Solid understanding of Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA for tracking tasks, managing workflows, and collaborating across teams<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams and contributing to iterative development cycles<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Experience building modern, scalable, reliable applications on the MS Azure cloud such as Azure service bus\/Event hubs, App services, Azure cosmos DB, Azure Search etc.,<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Solid experience Core, Microsoft SQL Server (writing optimized queries, stored procedures, triggers, executing query plans, etc.)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 API Design (REST)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Frontend frameworks (React and\/or Angular)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Pure JavaScript, jQuery<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS, SASS<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Worked with any cloud-based version control mainly GitHub or Bitbucket<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Cloud native deployment tools such as AKS<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Secondary Skills (nice to have)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Basic Understanding of AI models<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Python<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 CRM Integration (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Authentication and Authorization (SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Okta)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Logging and monitoring tools such as NewRelic, Grafana, Cloudwatch etc.,<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Understanding of containerization and orchestration &#8211; Docker, Kubernetes etc.,<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Azure dev ops or any other CI\/CD platforms<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Soft Skills<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Thrives collaborating in a team environment with a diverse range of people<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Able to have a change of mind, and able to change the minds of others<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Write clearly and concisely<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Capable of working without a company office, with a fully remote team<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Growth Skills<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Possesses a good work ethic; a self-starter with a desire to grow<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\u00b7 Always looking for better ways to get the job done<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualification<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>A bachelor\u2019s degree or technical institute degree\/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience is required.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role requires overlap with multiple time zones for planning meetings, status updates etc. on a regular basis.
