This role offers exposure to the full project lifecycle, from early-stage design through construction, commissioning and handover, on high-profile housing developments with long-term pipeline security.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>About The Role<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will support the delivery of mechanical and electrical building services on live residential projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support delivery of MEP services across multiple residential projects<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with utility providers and design teams<\/li>\n<li>Review building services design drawings and technical submittals<\/li>\n<li>Monitor site installation, testing and commissioning works<\/li>\n<li>Assist with inspections, snagging, quality control and handover documentation<\/li>\n<li>Attend site and design coordination meetings<\/li>\n<li>Support safety file compilation and commissioning plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What you need<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years\u2019 post-qualification experience in Building Services \/ MEP &#8211; trade or engineering background<\/li>\n<li>Residential project experience is essential<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and\/or electrical systems<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with contractors and multidisciplinary design teams<\/li>\n<li>Full clean driving licence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What\u2019s on Offer <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Secure, long-term pipeline of residential projects<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working model (office &#038; remote)<\/li>\n<li>37-hour working week<\/li>\n<li>25 days annual leave plus additional company days<\/li>\n<li>Pension scheme with strong employer contribution<\/li>\n<li>Life assurance and income protection<\/li>\n<li>Strong learning and career development opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What&#8217;s next<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>If you are an experienced Mechanical or Electrical professional looking to advance your career with a large semi state organization with a healthy pipeline of work, we would love to hear from you!
