Together with your colleagues, you make sure our guests receive the best possible service and that the restaurant always delivers at a high level \u2013 in terms of quality, pace, and service. You work as part of a team and have varied tasks: serving guests, keeping the restaurant clean and tidy, working in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and working at the register to make sure guests receive exactly what they ordered.<\/span>At MAX, job satisfaction, teamwork, and development are always at the heart of what we do. During your first days, you\u2019ll learn the job step by step with support from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, as well as through digital training on our learning platform, MAX Academy.<\/span>Main responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n
