\n – Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
\n – Responsible for team decisions.
\n – Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
\n – Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
\n – Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the development process to enhance productivity and quality.
\n – Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project objectives.<\/span>Professional & Technical Skills:
\n – Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Flutter Software Development Kit (SDK).
\n – Experience in building responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Flutter.
\n – Strong knowledge of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
\n – Ability to integrate third-party APIs and services effectively within applications.
\n – Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
\n – Skilled in debugging, performance optimization, and ensuring application stability.<\/span>Additional Information:<\/b>
\n – The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Flutter Software Development Kit (SDK).
