Job Category: Sales & Marketing<\/span>Job Description:<\/b><\/span>POSITION SUMMARY<\/b><\/span>Develops and executes marketing strategies and promotional activities for Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and special dining events, to drive revenue and enhance brand visibility. Creates engaging marketing content across digital platforms such as social media, email campaigns, and online promotions, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s brand image and standards. Collaborates with the Marketing team, F&B operations, and external partners to conceptualize and implement campaigns, promotions, and events. Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize marketing initiatives and improve guest engagement. Tracks campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to support business decisions. Ensures all marketing materials and communications are consistent, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner.<\/span>Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
