We&#8217;ve successfully implemented an in-house bank, enhanced our treasury systems, and simplified our banking infrastructure\u2014now we&#8217;re taking it further. As part of Project Polaris, our group-wide finance transformation programme (2024\u20132027), we&#8217;re implementing Oracle Cloud, accelerating our close processes, and standardising finance operations globally.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Reporting to the Group Treasury Senior Manager \u2013 Transformation, Integration &#038; Projects, the analyst responsible for transformation initiatives in Group Treasury will be at the heart of this change. You&#8217;ll support treasury transformation initiatives across systems, processes, controls, and our operating model\u2014working alongside senior treasury leadership to deliver real operational enhancements. Our unparalleled portfolio includes FanDuel, Sky Betting &#038; Gaming, Sportsbet, PokerStars, Paddy Power, Sisal, tombola, Betfair, MaxBet, Junglee Games and Adjarabet.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist senior team members in delivering treasury transformation initiatives across Project Polaris pillars: Systems &#038; Data, Process &#038; Reporting, Organisation &#038; People, and ICFR (Controls)<\/li>\n<li>Support project planning, tracking milestones, dependencies, and actions for treasury workstreams<\/li>\n<li>Prepare analysis, documentation, and materials for workshops, design sessions, and governance forums<\/li>\n<li>Support change management activities, including impact assessments, communications, and stakeholder engagement<\/li>\n<li>Assist in documenting and improving treasury processes, policies, and controls to support standardisation and scalability<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to operational improvements across treasury processes, including payment workflows, reconciliations, and cash management<\/li>\n<li>Support implementation and embedding of the Group&#8217;s in-house bank and related systems<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the rollout of payment factory solutions, automation initiatives, and enhanced forecasting processes<\/li>\n<li>Support testing, documentation, and embedding of new processes aligned with policies and controls<\/li>\n<li>Assist in gathering information and preparing analysis for internal and external stakeholders, including banks, system vendors, and finance teams<\/li>\n<li>Support senior team members in workshops and meetings to track progress and resolve issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> How You&#8217;ll Do It<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Essential Competencies<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clear Communicator: Able to explain information clearly and adapt communication for different audiences<\/li>\n<li>Well Organised: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative: Works effectively as part of a team across functions and locations<\/li>\n<li>Analytical: Able to analyse data, identify issues, and support solution development<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable: Comfortable working in a changing and evolving transformation environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Technical Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u20132 years&#8217; experience in treasury, finance operations, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of treasury operations, cash management, banking, or financial systems<\/li>\n<li>Strong Excel and data analysis skills; comfortable preparing materials for senior stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Some exposure to finance or treasury systems and process improvement initiatives (desirable)<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of treasury controls or SOX\/ICFR environments (desirable but not required)<\/li>\n<li>Accounting, Treasury, or Project Management qualifications, or working toward them (advantageous)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What&#8217;s in It for You<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are a flexible employer; whether you have personal commitments or a hobby that brings you joy, we want you to bring your best self to work and feel empowered to do so.
