SAP Troubleshooting and Coordination: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and troubleshoot SAP system issues related to AP accounting processes.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with IT and relevant departments to resolve SAP-related problems efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and support to team members on SAP functionalities and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 3. GST Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct thorough reviews of GST transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Collate necessary documentation and prepare GST submissions in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor changes in GST regulations and update processes accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 4. Withholding Tax (WHT) Compliance: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accurately compute Withholding Tax (WHT) for various transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit WHT reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on WHT regulations and ensure adherence to compliance standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 5. System Enhancements and Process Improvements: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate the evaluation and implementation of system enhancements to improve efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and assess the effectiveness of process improvements and recommend further optimizations.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 6. Audit Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle internal and external audit matters related to master data.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate and support audit processes to ensure compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 7. Ad Hoc Tasks and Assignments: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertake additional tasks and assignments as delegated by management.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support in various accounting-related projects and initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely completion of ad hoc assignments with high accuracy and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the engineering, construction, oil &#038; gas or energy industry would be a strong advantage<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous, detailed, self-motivated and responsible individual who can meet tight reporting deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Location:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Seatrium (SG) Pte.
