Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.<\/span>Job Description<\/b><\/span>What’s On Your Plate?<\/span>Monitor and analyze sales performance that is KPI driven.<\/span>Ensuring SOP compliance by the sales team and optimizing SOP based on practical learnings from sales, logistics, finance, and training.<\/span>Define projects that will optimize key accounts’ performance, and ensure their engagement and satisfaction.<\/span>Conduct regular business reviews so that Key Accounts have full visibility of their performance across the country.<\/span>Collaborating in the execution of regional campaigns that both impact branding and sales performance.<\/span>Creating weekly\/monthly performance reports, to track and execut KPIs and SOPs to measure team’s performance.<\/span>Rolling out reports for the sales team to manage sales performance.<\/span>Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders of our strategic partners<\/span>Build visibility internally and externally via deep data analysis & cross-functional business reviews to Identify industry trends.<\/span>Work to define projects, processes, solutions, and systems that help talabat and partners meet their objectives.<\/span>What Did We Order?<\/span>Seasoned BI with an orientation to sales – 5+ years of BI\/analytics with exposure to sales. Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field.<\/span>Highly analytical & numbers-driven: cohorts, costs\/resource allocations and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex relationships.<\/span>Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks.<\/span>Passionate about sales: metrics driven with a deep understanding of branding. Product sales expertise in the web technology sector and the ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels.<\/span>Has excellent organizational and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-<\/span>solve, multi-task and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.<\/span>Creativity and innovation, ability to think out of the box and conceptualize creative campaigns that can drive positive brand awareness.<\/p>\n
