Job Category: Manufacturing Engineering<\/span>Job Description:<\/b><\/span>Job Summary<\/b><\/span>Manage the health and safety of SYSS facilities and its operation in Saudi Arabia.<\/span>Implement and maintain Quality Management systems, review processes, and ensure continual quality improvements as per Emerson and customer standard and qualifications.<\/span>He \/ She is responsible for their own safety, therefore must respect EHS regulations. He\/she must respect and ensure adherence to all Emerson trade compliance rules<\/span>In this role, your responsibilities will be<\/span>HSE Responsibilities:<\/span>Sustain a thorough understanding and expertise in Health, Safety, and Environment matters to effectively advise and support the SYSS Saudi Arabia team and sites.<\/span>Oversee the continuous enhancement of the Health, Safety, and Environment management systems and standards for the site and operations, ensuring alignment with Emerson’s systems and policies.<\/span>Actively collaborate with SYSS teams to foster ownership and accountability for HSE improvements and to encourage a positive Health & Safety culture within the organization through effective enhancement activities.<\/span>Ensure all HSE reports are promptly and comprehensively investigated, with lessons shared, complete reports generated, and relevant details entered into the reporting system.<\/span>Prepare, track, and analyze statistical data regarding Health, Safety, and Environmental trends, sharing insights with employees and the leadership team.<\/span>Regularly review, update, and, if necessary, create risk registers, policies, and procedures to effectively manage Health, Safety, and Environmental risks.<\/span>Provide guidance on appropriate site training, conduct HSE inductions and general HSE training, and attend HSE Committee meetings.<\/span>Ensure enough trained First-Aiders and Fire Marshals are appointed, according to risk assessments and needs.<\/span>Guide and support Assurance activities across Saudi SYSS to enable strategic and target achievements, enhance operational efficiency and performance, and ensure compliance with ISO 14001\/45001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.<\/span>Audit, monitor, and assess the execution of Health and Safety policies, practices, and procedures for all operations, ensuring regular audits, inspections, and safety tours are conducted per standards, and providing corrective action guidance when necessary.<\/span>Foster relationships with external HSE bodies and clients to promote a collaborative working environment.<\/span>Development of project HSE documentation, including HSE Plans.<\/span>Ensure Saudi SYSS facilities adhere to all relevant laws and regulations related to facilities, including Emerson standards and local legislation.<\/span>Oversee facility-related matters, including maintenance, ensuring safe contractor coordination (e.g., catering, janitorial services, building contractors, landscaping, gardening) and management of critical equipment, aligning with recommended best practices and maintaining documented records of maintenance actions.<\/span>Guarantee that all activities within SYSS, whether routine or non-routine, are included in HIRA.<\/span>Implement PTW before undertaking any non-routine activities within SYSS.<\/span>Quality Responsibilities:<\/span>Implementation, maintenance and further development of Quality Management System and ISO 9001 certification within iCenter.<\/span>Develop and maintain continuous improvement process as part of the QMS.<\/span>Develop\/Implement new process and optimize the current process to improve productivity and reduce cost.<\/span>Co-ordinate, conduct and represent iCenter for internal and external audits (ISO, Trade Compliance, HSE, FM, other audits), including certification audits.<\/span>Ensuring Compliance to both Corporate and Legal requirements.<\/span>Be the quality contact for suppliers, customers and subcontractors for issues and complaint handling and serve as a point of escalation for compliance issues.<\/span>Coordinate with Process owners to implement corrective actions on time and close any finding\/complain and verify the effectiveness of implementation of corrective actions.<\/span>Building internal Quality awareness amongst employees through trainings & internal communications.<\/span>Conducting supplier audits to ensure their adherence to Emerson’s Quality Management System requirements<\/span>Working with global supply chain team for improving manufacturing process and tools.<\/span>Work with project managers, lead engineers and engage in periodic meeting to achieve project deliverables within required timeframes.<\/span>Responsible for Record Retention Process within the department.<\/span>Who You Are?<\/b><\/span>Action Oriented<\/span>Good communications<\/span>Capable of engaging at the most senior levels within Emerson and main key customers and inspectors (strong communication skills)<\/span>Skillful application of contracting development and negotiations<\/span>For This Role, You Will Need:<\/span>College\/University Degree<\/span>Graduate degree is a plus<\/span>5 to 10 plus years experience<\/span>Languages: English (advanced);
